Our Story
The idea for The Bakers Junction began with Jaya Premchandani, whose 17-year career in finance ran parallel to a growing passion for baking. Her pursuit of excellence led her to complete a Diploma Course at the prestigious School of European Pastry.
Along this journey, she realized a bigger opportunity — to empower bakers, suppliers, and learners by giving them visibility, access, and connections through technology.
In conversation with her mentor, Dr. Anu Khanchandani, the vision took shape. With more than 25 years of experience in digital product innovation across India, the USA, and Singapore — at organizations like Syntel, Delta Technology, and Reuters Asia — Dr. Anu knew that technology could enable this vision at scale.

With years at Syntel India as a software development team leader and further entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of Infoheights Systems, Monika brings strong execution skills and technical depth.
